- Test drive to confirm complaint. Test system pressures. System pressures good. Scan HVAC module for diagnostic codes. Found B2291 Climate control lost communication, B1235 Drivers air mix door, B1238 Passengers door mix, B1241, B2183, b2184, b2185. Perform system test, all currently working. Possible voltage problem, battery recently replaced. Also software update available. Consult customer.
- Changed motor oil & replaced filter. Replaced with Mobil Super Synthetic motor oil. Lube chassis, top off all fluids, digital inspection with report , set tire pressure.
- Perform inspection checklist and make recommendations.
- Remove cabin filter and clean debris from housing. Replace cabin filter with new.
